Welcome to Firefly! These Terms of Service outline the rules and regulations for using our videography and photography services. By engaging with Firefly, you agree to abide by these terms.

1. Services

Firefly provides professional video content and photography for businesses across various industries. Our services include but are not limited to filming, editing, post-production, and photography sessions.

2. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking.

• Full payment is due as per the agreed terms in the invoice.

• Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made 2 days before the scheduled service may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Rescheduling requests will be accommodated where possible, but are subject to availability.

4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

• Firefly retains the copyright to all photographs and video content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Clients receive a license for usage as outlined in their contract.

• Unauthorised redistribution, resale, or modification of the content is prohibited.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Clients must ensure necessary permissions, permits, or approvals for filming at specific locations.

• Any delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.

6. Liability & Indemnity

• Firefly is not responsible for unforeseen circumstances that may affect the quality or delivery of content, including but not limited to weather, venue restrictions, or technical failures.

• The client agrees to indemnify Firefly against any claims arising from the use of the content.

7. Amendments to Terms

Firefly reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of any changes.
